Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and SOBE OÜ (trading as Sobe Invest), registry code 16119708, Paldiski mnt 161-1, 13518 Tallinn, Estonia ("we"), the operator of the Currency by SOBE app. By using the app you accept them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Information only

Rates and prices of currencies, cryptocurrencies, metals, oil, gas and other instruments are shown for information. They come from third-party sources, can be delayed, indicative or wrong, and may differ from the rate your bank, broker or exchange applies. Nothing in the app is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or an offer to buy or sell anything.

Alerts and widgets

Rate alerts and widgets are a convenience. Delivery depends on Apple's services, your network and your device settings; an alert can arrive late or not at all. Do not rely on them for decisions where timing matters.

Currency Pro

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
The yearly plan may start with a free trial; when the trial ends it becomes a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
What Pro includes is listed in the app. Features marked as coming are plans, not promises, and their timing may change.

Licence and fair use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, collect data from our server by automated means, resell the data, or try to get Pro data without a subscription; we may limit or block such access.

Age

The app is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to the service

We may change, suspend or discontinue the app, its features, its data sources and its prices. A price change never applies to a subscription period you have already paid for, and Apple will ask for your consent where the law or its rules require it.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve our products without owing you compensation.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, SOBE OÜ is not liable for errors, delays or interruptions in the data or the service, or for losses from decisions based on them. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
